Terms of Use

These are the terms for using FieldForm, a web app at fieldform.nanocorp.app that turns your work into signed PDF records — job sheets, timesheets and machinery records. FieldForm is currently a beta service, provided free of charge. These terms are deliberately lightweight to match.

FieldForm helps you create, complete and store work records, and generate professional PDFs from them. It is a tool for your own record-keeping. It does not file anything with anyone on your behalf, check your figures, or tell you what your records should contain.

FieldForm is in beta. In practice that means:

• Features may change, improve, or occasionally be reworked as we learn.
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability while the service is in beta.
• Things may break. If they do, tell us — that is what a beta is for — but please keep your own copies of anything important.

You sign in with your NanoCorp account, and you are responsible for keeping that sign-in secure and for the accuracy of the name and email on it. You must be old enough and entitled to enter into these terms for the business whose records you create.

• Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter — times, areas, quantities, rates, customer details, everything.
• Your own obligations. You are responsible for making sure your records meet your own accounting, tax, VAT, CIS and any other business, legal or contractual requirements. FieldForm is a record-keeping tool, not an accounting or compliance system.
• Not advice. Nothing in FieldForm is accounting, tax, VAT, CIS or legal advice.
• Keep copies. You should retain appropriate copies of important business records. Export or download your PDFs, and do not rely on FieldForm as your only copy of anything that matters.
• Customer information. Only enter customer, client or farm information that you are entitled to use for your business records.

The records, text, signatures and PDFs you create in FieldForm are yours. You give us permission to store and process them for the one purpose of running the service for you — displaying, restoring and generating PDFs from your records. We do not use your business records for anything else.

Please do not misuse FieldForm: no unlawful content, no interfering with the service or other users, no attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, and no using the service in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the platforms it runs on.

FieldForm is a free beta provided as-is, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss of records, data, profits or business, or for any indirect loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using FieldForm at any time, and delete your account and all of its data from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. If we ever need to discontinue the beta, we will give reasonable notice on the site.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use FieldForm after a change means you accept it.
